Ground-Mounted PV Systems

NLB Solar offers two ground-mounted PV systems: pile-driven installation and concrete foundation with anchors. Structural calculations are based on project location, soil study and panel choice, and the optimum solution is proposed to the EPC. Locally manufactured systems focus on durability and ease of installation, with competitive pricing and short lead times. Pile-driven systems penetrate the ground directly; concrete-foot anchors are used on demanding soils. Façade PV and Custom Solutions

The NLB Mini Rail system allows solar plants to be installed on factory façades clad with trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panel. Where cladding is too weak, NLB Long StudBolt mounts with steel studs directly to the façade steel. The engineering team develops angled systems when required. The 21x41 C profile is a compact 21 mm-high mounting rail for industrial rooftop PV, sandwich-panel and standing-seam roofs. Section: A 41 mm base, B 21 mm height, C 8 mm lip. Thickness 1.2–2 mm; Ix 0.84 cm⁴. Pregalvanized unit weight is 0.88 kg/m at 1.20 mm, 1.08 kg/m at 1.50 mm and 1.41 kg/m at 2.00 mm. Steel grades S250GD, S350GD and DX51D; coating TS EN 10346 Z275 pregalvanized or TS EN ISO 1461 hot-dip galvanized. Slots are 11x25 mm oval CNC at 50 mm pitch. Stock lengths 3 m and 6 m, cut-to-length 1,000–12,000 mm.

SPP Roof Steel Construction

For trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panel, tile, flat roof and standing-seam rooftop solar applications, the construction system is selected after static load and seismic calculations. On sandwich panel roofs, purlin spacings are calculated and leak-tight installation is required. On standing-seam roofs, clamps are attached to the seam wings and tightened from the side without drilling; horizontal or vertical members are chosen according to panel layout.
