The S-4634 AV open-front warehouse crate on Sümbül Plastik’s product page is made from PP; outer size 400 x 600 x 340 mm, inner 365 x 565 x 325 mm, with a spring base and open handholds. Half-open front with closed sides and base suits warehouse racking and production lines; crates stack. The same 400x600 series lists 230, 280, 340, 425 and 450 mm heights. Closed, perforated, folding and conical crate groups are also in the catalogue.

Thin-Wall IML Food Packaging

Teknika’s packaging division makes thin-wall IML rigid packs for yoghurt, cheese, labneh, ice cream, ready meals, meze and sauces. Production runs on high-speed injection at the Manisa OSB HQ plant. About 15 percent of output goes to 20+ countries including Germany, the UK, Canada, the UAE and the USA.

Technical Quotation and Product Advice

The homepage and product pages publish “For technical questions and quotations” at 0850 515 02 28 and [email protected]. Catalogue cards give size, material (PP, HDPE) and stacking data for 400x600 crates, pallets, storage bins and drawer boxes. The FAQ states retail sales are available in the quantity requested.

Thin-wall IML rigid packs are produced on high-speed injection at the Manisa OSB HQ plant. Food and FMCG containers are labelled in-mould. About 15 percent of output is exported to 20+ countries. Capacity is planned around tub geometry for yoghurt, cheese and sauce categories.
