The S-4634 AV open-front warehouse crate on Sümbül Plastik’s product page is made from PP; outer size 400 x 600 x 340 mm, inner 365 x 565 x 325 mm, with a spring base and open handholds. Half-open front with closed sides and base suits warehouse racking and production lines; crates stack. The same 400x600 series lists 230, 280, 340, 425 and 450 mm heights. Closed, perforated, folding and conical crate groups are also in the catalogue.

Shrink Film is a type of packaging made by shrinking nylon to wrap the products with heat treatment in all products that can be packaged. It is produced from low-density polyethylene. It can be produced in printed and unprinted forms. Flexo printing can be applied on the surface of the films. Printed Shrink film can be used for advertising purposes. Print design can be made by ourselves or ready-made designs can be used. It is transparent, shiny, and flexible. Its transparency provides an advantage in the sale of the product. It is available in amorphous (transparent) and semi-crystalline (opaque and white) materials depending on its heat treatment. It can be used to group and pack your products in certain numbers. It is odorless, tasteless, and resistant to impacts. It does not create a taste and odor effect in the packaged products. Shrink nylon is hygienic and complies with food contact material standards. The shelf life of the products packaged with Shrink Film is long. Shrink Film is flexible, therefore it wraps to take the shape of the product. It protects your products from adverse environmental conditions. (Sun rays, rain, wind, dust and all insects, etc.) It is resistant to cold and heat. If desired, UV additive can be added into the film. It has a wide range of uses mainly in industrial applications. While high amounts of machinery investments are required in other packaging techniques, such investment costs are very low in packaging related to shrinking. Shrink Film is produced for use in fully automatic and semi-automatic Shrink machines.Shrinking is performed by using Shrink lines and ovens. It is the Best for Cost and Ease of Use. Shrink Film is the most economical and ideal packaging material for long-distance transportation. It is produced in rolls. Optionally, 100% recyclability can be achieved by using an additive that dissolves in nature in 24 months.
