Dost Galvaniz's process covers material intake, racking, degreasing, hydrochloric acid cleaning, rinsing, flux (zinc chloride and ammonium chloride), drying, a 440–460 °C zinc bath (at least 98% zinc), cooling, passivation, unracking and final testing. The coating forms zinc–iron alloy layers. The plant measures 7m x 1.6m x 3.6m in Ankara ASO2 OIZ; coating certificates can be issued under EN ISO 1461 and customer request.
