Hot-dip galvanizing coats iron or steel by immersion in molten zinc. Dost Galvaniz's process covers material intake, racking, degreasing, hydrochloric acid cleaning, rinsing, flux (zinc chloride and ammonium chloride), drying, a 440–460 °C zinc bath (at least 98% zinc), cooling, passivation, unracking and final testing. The coating forms zinc–iron alloy layers. The plant measures 7m x 1.6m x 3.6m in Ankara ASO2 OIZ; coating certificates can be issued under EN ISO 1461 and customer request.

Avrasya Galvaniz hot-dip galvanizes structural steel, agricultural equipment, power-line parts and street furniture to project data. The kettle is 13 m × 1.9 m × 3.5 m with 160,000 t/year capacity. Orders need part data, dimensions, geometry, surface state and quantity; coating thickness and appearance are checked before dispatch.

Dump bodies, trailers and lowbeds have been made since 1972 at Trabzon and Ankara (Polatlı OSB 202nd Street) plants with about 100 staff; after-sales is 444 56 14.
