Daily tahini capacity of 10 tonnes is at the Akhisar OSB plant. Sesame is ground into additive-free tahini. ISO 22000:2005 and TSE are certified. Lots are made to the roast degree. Tahini Manufacturing is made at the Akhisar OSB plant.

Fish-Feed Manufacturing

Çamlı states it made Turkey’s first fish feed and first used extrude technology. GLOBAL GAP (AQUA) is certified. Organic fish feed is also made. The extrude line is set to feed size. Fish-Feed Manufacturing is made at the Selvilitepe OSB Mah. 1453 Cad. No:7 plant.

Organic Feed Production

ECOCERT has certified organic feed production since 2008. Organic cattle feed was added in 2012. The Turgutlu mill runs this line inside compound-feed capacity. Audit is tied to the organic farming chain.

Compound-Feed Manufacturing

Compound-feed manufacturing has been Çamlı’s core activity since 1983. The Turgutlu plant makes 300,000 t/year of cattle, sheep and poultry feed. Automation is fully traceable under Industry 4.0. Lots are made to the ration recipe.

Since 2012 FARMAVET has continued with 2 plants and 1 R&D company. Products are formulated in-house and made under its own licence. The Salihli OSB R&D and production campus runs this work. The formula is set to species and yield targets.

Feed-additive manufacturing has been FARMAVET’s core activity in Salihli OSB since 1992. Products formulated under its own licence run on ruminant and monogastric lines. Since 2012 there are 2 plants and 1 R&D company. They are offered in 41 countries as Farmavet International.

Sauce production is among 200+ varieties. The Turgutlu campus fills sauces with vinegar. Conformity with the food code is stated. Viscosity follows the recipe. The Turgutlu I OSB campus has six fermenters and nine filling machines.
