Bestolio Olive Pomace Oil

Pomace is the pulp of fruit flesh and pit pieces left after most oil and water are removed from the olive by physical means. Crude pomace oil is extracted from about 3% residual oil with organic solvents and physical methods. Refining yields refined pomace oil; enrichment with virgin olive oil yields pomace oil. Smoke point 238 °C; free acidity below 1%. Packs: 1 L PET and 5 L tin.
