Crude pomace oil is extracted from about 3% residual oil with organic solvents and physical methods. Refining yields refined pomace oil; enrichment with virgin olive oil yields pomace oil. Smoke point 238 °C; free acidity below 1%. Packs: 1 L PET and 5 L tin.
