Label-die performance shows on the liner. The face stock must cut clean while the liner stays intact, stripping must run and corners must leave without fray. Adhesive type, paper or PP/PET face, liner thickness and geometry set blade height. Carton Cutting Die
A carton cutting die is not only the outer form. Lid close, glue-flap alignment, crease that folds without cracking and clean waste removal are solved in the same tool. Board weight, film lamination, post-press varnish and fibre direction change the crease plan. The same drawing needs different pressure on 300 gsm carton than on E-flute.
