Concrete Elements ServiceTurnkey factory buildings are industrial structures in which design, production, erection and handover are managed as a single package. Contracting is delivered turnkey using prefabricated building elements that hold TSEK and ISO manufacturing and quality certificates. Because each factory’s process and needs differ, projects are planned to the intended use, capacity and technical requirements. Design, production, shipment, erection and handover are all run by the specialist team, and the building is delivered ready for production.

Custom Steel FabricationThe plant has an annual processing capacity of 35,000 tons of high-strength steel. Based in Aksaray, Ağaçlı Silo integrates advanced machinery into every production stage. All silo types use 600 g/m² galvanized sheet on bodies and roofs, versus 450 g/m² commonly used elsewhere, for higher resistance to stored-product damage and corrosion. The industrial plant, commissioned in 2016 with a 100-person specialist team, fabricates steel structures for grain storage and conveying systems.
