Powder Coating ServiceElectrostatic powder coating is applied to aluminium to protect the profile from wear, scratches and UV. Seta Alüminyum coats to RAL colour codes; Class 1 or Class 2 paints are used as the project partner prefers. Every stage follows QUALICOAT and is checked by the plant engineers. Architectural profiles are offered with 60–80 micron coats in international RAL colours.

CNC Milling ServiceSeta Alüminyum supplies profiles machined ready for assembly. On CNC machines it applies square cut, angled cut, drilling, slotting, recesses and milling to the customer drawing and stated tolerances. Besides standard operations, special processes to the project and named technical standards are available. After machining, parts can receive hard anodizing or electrostatic powder coating.

Low volumes such as 1–100 pieces can be made in hours or days depending on geometry. FDM builds filament layer by layer; SLA cures photopolymer with a UV laser; MJF fuses PA12 powder with HP Multi Jet; SLS sinters powder polyamide with a laser; DMLS sinters metal powders. After data is received the technology is chosen by need and expected performance.

The process is concept, industrial design, mechanical design, analysis, prototype, test and validation, rapid manufacturing, serial production and quality control. Mechanical design produces serial-production-ready part data under production disciplines, operating conditions, regulations and tests. Virtual prototyping includes plastic-flow, static/dynamic and mouldability analyses; physical prototyping uses 3D printing, silicone moulds, machining and trial moulds.
