We provide biological domestic wastewater treatment for residential complexes, hotels and municipalities. Extended aeration activated sludge, MBR and SBR are selected according to population equivalent, diurnal flow variation, available footprint and discharge limits. Aeration often exceeds half of plant power use, so diffuser choice and grid layout drive operating cost. We deliver design through commissioning under one roof and reduce energy use with post-startup process optimisation.

We build physical, chemical and biological treatment systems tailored to food, textile, chemical and metal industries. Design starts with characterisation of a representative sample and, when needed, lab or pilot treatability tests. A typical scheme combines physical pretreatment, coagulation-precipitation and a biological stage for organics; membranes or advanced oxidation are added for tight discharge or reuse. Existing plants can often raise capacity and performance by equipment and process upgrades while keeping tank volumes.

Seawater Desalination (SWRO)

We design and commission reverse-osmosis seawater desalination (SWRO) systems. Bringing roughly 35,000 mg/L salinity to potable levels depends on pretreatment that sets membrane life and OPEX; open intake often needs multimedia or UF, while well intake benefits from natural filtration. Energy recovery devices transfer concentrate pressure back to the feed to cut power use. Brine discharge is planned with a diffuser arrangement for adequate dilution; typical recovery is in the 40-45% range.

EAF flue dust recovery

Flue dust collected by industrial facilities through filtration is subjected to high-temperature treatment and a series of processes, rendering it harmless to the environment and recovering the zinc oxide it contains. The Waelz Process, the only globally proven method for flue dust recovery, is used. The plant’s main purpose is to recover EAF dust from the partner companies’ production in an environmentally friendly and economical way.
