Knitting Production

The knitting department is equipped with the latest technology for production versatility, fast reaction and competitive lead times. 235 modern knitting machines, partly powered by on-site solar panels, provide a fabric production capacity of 40 tons per day and 15,000 tons per year. On the knitting floor, IoT monitoring and AI-supported image processing catch fabric faults during production. Flexible production can be delivered in 2–3 weeks according to customer needs.

Knitting Production

The company knits the fabrics it needs for underwear and boxers from yarn on its own knitting floor, with up to 30 knitting machines for cotton, bamboo and modal knits. Weights and blends are adjusted to buyer specification; colours are confirmed on physical swatches before production. Yarn, knit and fabric hand-feel are controlled under one roof.

Sock knitting on advanced electronic machines covering a wide range of designs and styles. Machines are monitored by technicians while quality control oversees each stage. Integrated toe seaming, washing, ironing/shaping and packaging support serial production up to 40 million pairs per year.

Knitting Production

The socks production service operates 241 automatic socks machines with hand linking, 4 tagatory, 4 detexomat and 1 fix steam machine, for 300,000 pairs monthly capacity. Needle counts range from 36 to 400 needles (including 55×200-needle and 50×156-needle machines) for flexible sock constructions. After sampling, bulk production is planned and export logistics (courier, truck to Europe, air or seaway) are arranged to customer preference.
