ADESS manufactures piping spools according to customer drawings, piping specifications and applicable international standards. Metal Tubing ServiceThe certificates page lists NDT (eddy-current) and hydrostatic leak testing. Installation and fire pipes are all NDT-tested. Gas pipes are 100% hydrostatic and eddy-current tested. Boiler pipes also receive 100% hydrostatic and NDT testing.

Metal Tubing ServiceInstallation, fire and pressure-pipe pages list hot-dip galvanizing (TS 11348 EN 10240) as a surface option. Industrial tubes can be galvanized from 2.00 mm wall and 17 mm OD. Hollow sections from 2.00 mm wall and 30×30 mm use the same method. Galvanizing inspection is listed among quality tests.
