Material Handling Equipment ServiceSteel wire rope slings are manufactured under the POWERK brand within the scope of TS EN 13414-1 at the production site in Tuzla İDOSB. The scope covers slings in grades 1770 and 1960, made from 6-strand steel core and 6-strand fibre core ropes, with ferrule-secured (hard eye and soft eye) and spliced eye terminations, in 1, 2 and 4 leg versions and diameters from 8 mm to 60 mm.

During site visits, wire breaks, wear, crushing, corrosion, end terminations and deformations are visually examined according to ISO 4309 criteria. In critical applications such as port cranes, mining and heavy lifting, internal wire breaks are detected using the Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) method.
