The system is completed with rectangular fittings; computer-controlled cutting gives exact dimensions and flanges and corners are sealed with mastic.

Laser Cutting and Press Brake Bending
Sheet Metal Fabrication ServiceSheet cutting on a 4 kW laser cutter with a 1.5x3 m bed and press brake bending up to 3 m. Aluminium profiles are processed on a 6 m saw and a 6 m machining centre. Parts are painted in wet paint booths with 6 m and 8 m ovens or on a 4-nozzle automatic powder coating line, then assembled and shipped to the customer's assembly line.
