Pump Technical Service

After-sales support is carried out together with design, production, marketing and sales at the 21,500 m² factory based in Dilovası/Kocaeli. Product groups, all under company guarantee, are offered to customers through 880 sales points and a 187 authorized-service network on the domestic market. Original submersible-pump parts, spares and 12-volt water pumps can be obtained from stock at authorized services in 81 provinces. The title SUMAK POMPA A.Ş. has been used since 2018.

Pump Technical Service

As a manufacturer Diapump supplies spare parts from stock and does not force kits; even a single bolt can be supplied. About also lists spare-part sales for distributed vacuum, blower and dosing lines. Materials 316 stainless, aluminium, cast iron, PP, PVDF and PTFE apply to parts. The plant is Selahaddin Eyyubi Mah. 1623 Sk. No:1, Esenyurt.

Field installation and commissioning support for pump and turbine units is among Argus services. Photographs show a technician on a turbine rotor and a blue pump installation outdoors. On-site support is given for Allweiler and Sundyne units. Coordination is from the Ikitelli office.

Argus provides selection, spare parts and field support for the Allweiler, Sundyne, Marelli, IMO and Greenpumps pumps it represents. Application consulting is given on hot-oil, API 610 and magnetic-drive groups. Ikitelli Eskoop A2 Block No:108 is the contact point. Different solution paths and new ideas are stated on the site.
