Metal Mold Design and Manufacturing

Pro Arge provides sheet-metal stamping die design, tool manufacturing and high-volume sheet-metal component production. Geometry, material, volume and press capacity are analysed to develop long-life, high-performance dies. Cutting, forming, drawing, tandem, progressive, transfer, punching, bending and special-purpose dies are designed and built. The same dies are used for serial metal parts with dimensional accuracy and surface-quality control.
