Material grade S235JR / S355JR; sheet thickness 3–20 mm; dimension range to customer drawing; rating project-specific. Surface preparation abrasive blasting Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1); coating epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat, dry film thickness 120 µm. Leak test 0.5 bar / 24 hours, vacuum 1 mbar and coating thickness measurement are applied. Standards: EN 10025-2, ISO 8501-1, IEC 60076, ISO 9001.
