Starter-Battery Manufacturing

Starter-battery manufacturing runs at the Manisa OSB 2nd-section Gaziler Cad. plant. In its 40th year İnci GS Yuasa is Turkey’s largest battery maker with three factories. Shipments go to more than 80 countries. The line follows the vehicle-park recipe.

R&D and Product Development

The Ministry-approved R&D and Technology Center at the Ankara/Sincan OSB site has operated since 2011. A 55-person team supports OEM and tier suppliers with concept, design and product development; simulation, test/validation, chemical and functional labs, prototype workshop, BMS and pack engineering through industrialization into series production.
