MechaWorks combines aluminium and steel machining with a shop-floor team; complex parts are machined on modern machine tools. Multi-axis CNC equipment is used at micro-level tolerances. Production covers aluminium, steel, titanium and plastics from prototype to series. The saw line cuts aluminium profile, tube, bar and plate to tight tolerances with a clean surface.

ELC Aluminium carries out precision mechanical operations on aluminium profiles in-house. Four double-head mitre saws, two spacer-block cutters, four CNC machines and five eccentric presses perform straight and angled cutting, slotting, countersinking, tapping, drilling and milling-out. Cutting, drilling, CNC machining and other mechanical operations machine the profiles to project requirements.

On CNC machines it applies square cut, angled cut, drilling, slotting, recesses and milling to the customer drawing and stated tolerances. Mechanical processing covers drilling, threading and custom cutting at a stated accuracy of ±0.2 mm, using eccentric presses and fully automatic angle saws. 6000 series aluminium profiles, including solar frames and mounting systems, are machined to size; fixing holes on the long and short sides are positioned according to frame dimensions. The line sits in the same integrated plant as extrusion, powder coating and anodizing.
