Hydraulic Cylinder Testing and Quality Control
Hydraulic Technical SupportQuality control of manufactured cylinders is carried out by engineers using a computer-programmed test rig. Products are checked after every CNC operation, dimensional checks are done in the factory and surfaces are measured with periodically calibrated precision instruments. Cylinders are sandblasted, primed and top-coated against corrosion, then packed for shipment.
