Tower Casting for Hunting and Sports Pellets
Casting ServiceIn the production of hunting and sports pellets, the tower casting technique accepted worldwide is used. For this reason Heper Metal Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has built a 74 meter high foundry tower at its Torbalı facility. Shot is produced to customer order with capacity in the 1,70 to 8,60 diameter range; nickel and copper plating can also be applied to the requested specifications.

Custom Specification Lead Ingot Production
Casting ServiceLead ingot is prepared at the desired specification values according to customer demand; alloyed lead is produced as an alloyed ingot according to customer demand. Alloyed lead can be produced with the desired chemical properties, and antimonial lead in the range desired by customers. Cylinder lead and lead wire are also produced in different diameters and alloys at the specifications requested by customers.

Pharmaceutical R&D and Formulation Development
Research Services ServiceThe GEN R&D Center, located inside the plant in ASO OIZ 2 with 1,200 m² of laboratories, received Ministry of Industry and Technology R&D center approval in 2019. Formulation and analytical development labs work on sterile forms (lyophilized vials, sterile solutions), nano carrier systems, semi-solids (cream, ointment, lotion) and solid orals (tablet, capsule, sachet). Analytical method development and in-process control laboratories are also part of the center.

Research Services ServiceOur technologies and R&D studies bring together Anatolia’s dairy culture with world-class expertise. We design our facilities ourselves and lead the design and production in Turkey of much of the software, machinery and equipment we use. We established the first R&D center in our industry in 2016 at Karacabey. Holding two international and 27 national patents and 141 utility models, the center employs 35 researchers. Product development covers new production techniques, improvement of existing ones, efficiency, and Industry 4.0 applications such as production-line robots and automation systems.
