Contract Anodizing and Powder Coating

Contract anodizing and powder coating are offered on the integrated aluminium extrusion line. Profiles and railing parts from in-house production and from external customers can be anodized or electrostatically powder coated. Surface treatment is delivered together with extrusion finishing and assembly in the same plant.

CNC Turning, Milling and Mechanical Machining

The integrated plant offers mechanical machining with CNC turning and milling. Aluminium railing accessories, door-handle parts and solar mounting components are machined on turning and milling equipment. Cut-to-size drilling, cutting and chip-forming are provided as post-extrusion operations.

Custom Aluminium Extrusion

Alunet extrudes customer-specific aluminium profiles on presses from 5 inch 8 MN up to 10 inch 40 MN. Alloys include EN AW 6060, EN AW 6063, EN AW 6005A and EN AW 6082. Billets up to 254 mm diameter are pre-heated to 500 °C and pressed through the die at up to 300 bar. Lengths are stretched, cut to customer length up to 25 metres and heat-treated in ovens before further fabrication.

Custom Aluminium Profile Extrusion

Billet, extrusion, heat treatment, finishing and machining under one roof. Extrusion to EN 755-9 and EN 12020, heat treatment to EN 755-2:2009. Producibility envelope: max width 320 × 50 mm, square 200 × 200 mm, tubular diameter 270 mm, plate 400 × 5 mm, up to 65 kg/m. Tempers T4, T5, T6, T64 and T66. The die is designed and cut for the exact cross-section within that envelope. Core alloys 6005, 6060, 6063 and 6082.

Façade Contracting and Installation

Façade contracts cover design, testing, manufacture and installation. Airports, stadiums and high-rises are installed. The Jussieu job is cited as the first Turkish firm to win a French public tender Orders and shipments are handled from the Beylikdüzü OSB (Istanbul) plant; technical sizes and materials are confirmed against the customer specification.
