General Textile ManufacturingIn Özel Tekstil’s weaving department, customer requests are met with jacquard and dobby looms and warp / sample-warp machines suited to every repeat. Together with rapier and air-jet looms and contracted partners, monthly capacity reaches 1,250,000 metres. Yarns from 3.5 Nm to 20 denier are used — cotton, viscose, Tencel, modal, nylon, polyester, chenille, fancy and blends, sustainable and conventional — for shirt, blouse, jacket and trouser fabrics from 50 to 400 g/m².
