Fabric Dyeing
Dyeing, Finishing and WashGökçağ Textile, which dyes the fabric with a daily capacity of 45 tons, offers a short deadline with its machines that dye each lot, varying from 100 kg to 1200 kg, at once with its renewed machine park that can dye with environmentally friendly low water usage and its fully automatic machines and our systems that reduce the errors that may occur in our process. All dyeing machines have a fully automatic monitorability feature. Dyes and chemicals to be used in line with the recipe in dyeing machines are weighed and dosed in the automation system. The dyeing processes are carried out according to the painting process by making the necessary control according to the relevant procedure and the process is kept under control. Information on which machine and at what stage the production can be monitored through recipe monitoring software. In this way, we ensure sustainable and monitorable production. We offer high efficiency of trending colors, ecological and high color yield with our dyes in our fabrics with our expert staff.

Dyeing, Finishing and WashAt its 17,500 m² covered plant in Ankara, Jalpersan runs dyehouse processes for dyeing, finishing and treatment of technical curtain fabrics. Capacity supports continuous stock and custom colour requests for professional curtain makers, with QC and careful shipping to dealers. The dyehouse is integrated with coating lines in the overall production system.

Fabric dyeing and finishing
Dyeing, Finishing and WashThe dyeing section uses automated dye and chemical distribution with 38 jet dyeing machines and annual capacity above 16,400 tons: 40 tons per day jet dyeing and 20 tons pad-batch. All processes from yarn to finished fabric are tracked by barcode. The in-house colour laboratory with DataColour measurement can run 700 lab dips per day. Finishing comprises 11 rams, 1 chain dryer, 2 open-width sanforisers, 1 tubular sanforiser, 1 carbon machine, 6 raising machines, 1 shearing, 1 sueding, 2 special-effect and 15 quality-control machines, equipped with course counters, pyrometer weightex, automatic weight measurement and moisture control.

Dyehouse
Dyeing, Finishing and WashOur socks and/or seamless products that require processes such as dyeing, washing and testing are meticulously processed by our own laboratory and dyehouse. This department also has an ÖKO-TEX certificate. All raw materials required for product production are supplied by the company and controlled in the dyehouse and fully equipped laboratory environment within the factory.

Fabric dyeing and finishing
Dyeing, Finishing and WashThe dye house produces both piece-dyed and yarn-dyed fabrics and can dye all fibre types with or without lycra, delivering finished fabric on a wide finishing range. Monthly capacity is 1,250,000 m. Chemicals and dyes conform to international standards and are OEKO-TEX certified. Fully automated dyeing and chemical systems run THEN, FONG’S, ATYC, DMS and MEZERRA JIGGER machines, plus ERBATECH washing and MONFORST and BABCOCK finishing; the chemistry lab uses ODS automated pipetting.
