Custom Pressure Vessel Manufacturing
Pressure Vessels ServiceBesides standard GVN catalogue items, project-specific refrigeration pressure vessels are manufactured to customer requirements. Güven Soğutma produces in a modern plant with 23,000 m² indoor area, advanced machinery, engineering infrastructure and more than 150 employees. Raw materials follow the Pressure Equipment Directive and EN 13445-2, using EN 10028 certified traceable steels. Body pipes are produced by Borusan Mannesmann in P355NH with EN 10204 3.1 certification; flat material is P355GH and couplings/flanges P265GH. Cylinders, heads and feet are made on deep-drawing presses under PED Annex I 4.3. All finished products receive 100% pneumatic leak testing; high-pressure groups also undergo burst tests to EN 14276-1.

Scope includes stainless steel (AISI 304, 316L) and carbon steel vessels, air receiver / compressor tanks, LPG, LNG and CNG tanks, and ammonia and chemical tanks. Production is referenced to ASME Section VIII Division 1 (U Stamp), EN 13445 and AD 2000 Merkblatt, with NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT) and hydrostatic testing.
