Custom Insole Molding

Custom Injection Molding Service

Every insole process is done in-house: design, mold making, lamination, shaping, label production and insole application. Daily capacity includes 35,000 pairs of E.V.A–P.E. and felt insoles; EVA is shaped in thermoform molds. In TPE/TPU production, granules are melted and cast into the mold under pressure; three colours and softness levels can be combined on one insole, with fabric, leather or foam covering. Requests outside standard foam types are produced to the customer after R&D. Hardness, colour, covering and mold data follow the customer specification.

The quality policy lists working in line with international and customer standards and putting technological developments into practice. The catalogue lists special-coded parts such as L0–L3 ruler plugs, L-type plugs, compression parts, pan sleeves, charging-group parts and adapters. Production is at Tuzla IDOSB.

Lamination and Lining Fabric Production

Lining fabrics are produced by latex lamination, flame lamination and film lamination. Every process needed for the insole is done in house; lines from lamination to forming pass quality control. Lining fabric is supplied together with PU and sponge insole applications as an integrated feed to shoe brands. Work runs on modern machines in an 8,000 m² hall in Karabük OSB.
