Die Casting ServiceMachining follows foundry and X-ray on the Elit Wheels process list. It is part of more than 30 production processes. The Manisa plant CNC-machines the wheel to E.T.R.T.O. dimensions. Stock and overlap are programmed to the wheel drawing.

High-Pressure Aluminium Casting
Die Casting ServiceThe service page states 50 g–12 kg parts are produced on 100–1000 ton presses; the park includes Bühler, HAITIAN, LK, IDRA, Erapres and HidroTeknik, with automatic degassing. Yaskawa and KUKA robots take parts; trim presses are 20–30 tons. Metal prep includes a 2,500 kg tower furnace and electric holders. IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP apply.
