Zintek is applied without electrolysis and without acid contact in pretreatment, so it does not carry hydrogen-embrittlement risk. Zintek 200 is grey and Zintek 300HP a black base coat; top coats can exceed 1,000 hours red-rust resistance. Application is on a ZT 16 Planetary System at 50 t/day.
