Crane Periodic Load Testing
Cranes ServiceEvery stage of crane periodic load testing is organised; test frames, test loads and certified lifting attachments are brought to the crane location. Equipment is available to test cranes up to 500 tons. The sequence covers general checks, function tests, dynamic load test, static load test, post-test checks, then reporting and certification. Under the occupational health and safety regulations for work equipment, lifting appliances require at least one periodic inspection per year; the reports are valid in Ministry of Labour inspections. Scope includes overhead travelling cranes, gantry cranes, chain hoists, monorail cranes, harbour cranes, mobile cranes, forklifts, tower cranes, platforms and pallet trucks. Crane overhaul, modernisation and periodic maintenance sit in the same service group.

Cranes ServiceCrane manufacturing has been Elektro-Mak’s core service since 1989. Overhead, gantry and jib cranes are made in the 6,000 m² Manisa OSB plant. World-standard production techniques and engineering are stated on the site. Capacity is designed to hall and load spec.
