BCF PP Yarn Production

Eruslu Tekstil produces BCF (Bulked Continuous Filament) polypropylene yarn at its Gaziantep 2nd OSB plant. In the 1100–4500 dtex range, with about 18,000 tonnes/year capacity, it makes bulked, frisé, capling, tricolor and tipped types for machine-made carpets, bath and car mats, and upholstery fabrics.

Wide-Colour-Range BCF Yarn

BCF carpet yarns from 1100–4500 dtex are produced on fully computerised advanced machines across a wide colour range. Heat-set, single/double-ply twisted and tipped monocolor/tricolor options address customer needs. Products are sold domestically and exported.
