Sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

On the sterile manufacturing area of the GEN plant, liquid ampoules, liquid vials, lyophilized vials, prefilled syringes and cartridges are produced. Sterile capacity is stated as 40 million packs per year. The site is cGMP-compliant and holds GMP certificates from inspections by EMA, Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Philippines and Azerbaijan. Sterile products are supplied to Turkey and the listed export markets.

Solid Oral Dosage Form Manufacturing

In the non-sterile area, tablets, film-coated tablets, hard gelatin capsules and sachets are manufactured. Non-sterile capacity is stated as 20 million packs per year. Production runs at the GEN plant in Ankara Alcı OIZ under cGMP/GSP/GDP/GLP infrastructure. Solid oral products are supplied primarily to Turkey and also to Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the Philippines and Albania.
