The fastest manufacturing method in composites: fiberglass or carbon fiber reinforcements are combined with polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy resin and pulled through a heated mold to form a composite profile. The product cures shortly after leaving the mold. There is no length limitation, and any cross-section permitted by the mold can be produced continuously at high strength. The facility has two pultrusion lines that continuously produce profiles with any cross-section up to 1000x600 mm, including linear, radius, and winding options.

Brisa extends fleet tire life with Bandag and Veloxia retreading technologies, aiming to cut cost and environmental impact. Careful casing inspection, hot and cold retreading methods and high-performance tread materials support longer mileage, lower unit cost and less downtime. Bandag has been offered under Brisa since 2010; Veloxia is the domestic retread brand sold via Brisa retread dealer plants in the replacement market.

PVC-rubber speed humps such as G-41 are designed in flexible material so they do not damage vehicles; black-with-yellow finish and BLS retroreflective panels provide night visibility. Manufactured to reduce speed in urban traffic, uncontrolled junctions, school zones, parking areas, factories and sites. Side-cover sets mount with screws and plastic plugs; rubber speed hump manufacturing under TS EN ISO 9001:2015.

Foam Casting

The foam line is formed by injecting the formulated chemicals with pumps into a casting machine with a moving conveyor; ambient conditions must meet production standards. After casting, blocks are cut on precision machines to the requested thickness and delivered as rolls about 30 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. Density and hardness tests measure foam quality. Current types: Orthoflex MDI 95±10 and 80±10 kg/m³ (Shore C 25±5 / 20±5, 2–20 mm); recycled MDI 165±20 and 200±20 kg/m³ (Shore C 40±5 / 50±5, 3–20 mm); Memory Foam TDI 95±5 kg/m³ Shore F 85±5, 2–10 mm; PU foam TDI 60±2 kg/m³ Shore C 12±2, 2–20 mm. Colour, perfume and antibacterial options are available; special requests are produced after R&D.
