The corporate page states production of 2-, 3- and 4-wheel motorcycles and electro-mobility vehicles with an innovative, environmentally oriented approach. The range covers enduro/cross, chopper, scooter, touring, cub, e-group, e-tricycle, UTV and golf buggy models. The quality policy says production and assembly are run with a zero-defect target.

Motolux motorcycles are not sold from the factory; purchases are made through authorized dealers by province. The sales and service map on motolux.com.tr points users to regional workshops. Warranty is 2 years for all electric and petrol motorcycles, with a 30,000 km limit on petrol models. According to Motolux’s support page, spare parts are not sold from the factory; they are supplied through authorized service points. A province-by-province dealer and service list is published for Turkey. After-sales original parts are therefore handled via that authorized network. The same page states that raising engine displacement or replacing original parts in ways that breach regulations can affect safety and legality, and that such modifications should not be made.
