Shop product pages state that production is custom and ask customers to contact the company for details. Size, model and PVC colour are confirmed per order against the colour chart and door model. Crown profiles are 30 mm or 36 mm thick and 100 mm wide; E1-E2 light bands are 18 mm thick and 60 mm wide; standard length is 2500 mm. Orders go through the Safranbolu store and the Karabük factory contacts.

Production runs in a 12,000 m² indoor plant on a 40,000 m² site in Karabük Organized Industrial Zone. The about page lists an Orma Air System Automation twin-table membrane press, SCM Accord nesting CNC, Buselloto point-to-point CNC, Homag edgebanding, Holzma panel saw and a 7-head multi-boring machine for serial production. That line produces vacuum membrane doors, aluminium sliding-wardrobe systems, aluminium frames and doors, and PCM ultra-high-gloss panels.

The 4–40 mm range requires sizing. Cutting is done in 3,000 m² closed area. Work has run in Muradiye OSB since the 2022 start-up. Cuts follow the customer size list. Custom Sizing is made at the Muradiye Mah. 5 OSB Sk. No:1 plant.

On-site packaging is on the services list. ISPM-15 marked material goes from Muradiye OSB to the field. ISO 45001 H&S is certified. The crew crates at the cargo site. On-Site Packaging is made at the Muradiye plant.
