Plastic Injection Moulding

Production of technical plastic parts. PA6, PA66, PC and PSU raw materials are processed on Arburg injection machines. Injection capacity was increased by 20% in 2021, and line efficiency has been raised with automation and robotic applications. Tool development, sampling and series production are offered under one roof.

Precision metal part production for switch and mechanism contacts. Stamping and forming are carried out from copper, brass and steel strip. The metal parts are assembled with plastic housings in the same facility, and contact resistance and mechanical strength are tested.

At its modern 30,000 m² factory in Temelli ASO 2 OSB (about 18,000 m² enclosed), Mitaş Kompozit provides composite pole, pipe, and profile manufacturing with experienced staff in design, production, and assembly. Filament winding lines and CNC machines cover all stages from winding to finished product, including CNC cutting, drilling and surface processing, two resin stations (polyester and epoxy), a 20-ton mandrel stripper, gel stations, and a curing oven. R&D and a quality laboratory support innovative composite products using fiberglass, carbon fiber, polyester, and epoxy resins.
