Brass and Aluminium Hot Forging
Forging serviceOver 20 years of expertise in hot forging of brass and aluminium. Screw and mechanical forging presses with tonnages from 250 to 2100 tons work in continuous/discontinuous cycles depending on part geometry and are equipped with sub-presses for vertical and four-sided horizontal extrusion. Forging dies are produced in our in-house die shop.

Forging serviceSpecial fasteners used in the cement, mining, railway, construction, shipbuilding and power distribution sectors are hot forged in the required size and grade to the customer's standard, sample or technical drawing. Forging serviceIn hot steel forging, carried out since 1975, parts from 0.5 kg up to 300 kg are produced with a monthly capacity of at least 2000 tons and an annual forging capacity of 5 million pieces. Tooling, normalisation and the quality laboratory are in-house; parts are made for automotive, defense, generator shafts, hydraulic cylinders, agricultural and construction machinery.

Hot Steel Forging Service
Forging serviceCustom steel part production for customer projects by closed-die hot forging. The forge shop has a Smerall KJ 4000, 800 and 400 ton friction presses, 120/100/80 ton eccentric presses, a power hammer, 250 and 150 kW induction heating, shot blasting and band saws. The process from production planning to assembly runs under one roof.
