CNC laser cutting runs on more than 1,500 m² in Zeytinburnu Demirciler Sanayi Sitesi. Parts are cut from carbon and stainless sheet for interiors and machine sheet work.

Laser Cut Sheet Part3D tube and profile laser cutting appears on Yünsel’s production list as tube and profile cutting. It runs in the same plant as 2D laser, press-brake, guillotine and assembly. 3D cutting is used for holes, ends and joint geometry on tube and hollow section. Stainless and carbon steels are processed.

External door is 80x190 cm steel, internal door 70x190 cm pressed door, windows 100x100 cm white PVC. Electrical and sanitary installations are concealed. Carrier paint is industrial grey (RAL 7043), exterior orange (RAL 1032), interior plastic paint grey (RAL 7047). This plan has no bathroom or kitchen. Warranty is 2 years.
