Welded Steel FrameSuperstructure work covers steel construction buildings, overhead-crane runways, roof and facade cladding, plus bridges and overpasses. The Karabük Organized Industrial Zone plant has 6,500 m² of covered and 2,000 m² of open fabrication area, with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons of steel construction and special attachments. Since 1982 the factory has produced steel for infrastructure, superstructure, machinery and industrial plants; the steel service centre includes profile and plate cutting/drilling, CNC machining, oxy cutting, weld-prep, built-up profiles and castellated beams.

Overhead Travelling Cranes
Cranes ProductLifting technology covers overhead travelling cranes, overhead-crane girders and industrial crane girders from 3.2 t to 500 t. The catalogue lists bridge cranes, gantry cranes, crane overhauls, crane maintenance and special lifting attachments. Rail installation and repair on steel crane girders, conductor-bar laying and crane electrical control rooms are supplied together. References include the Yedigöz 215/15 t crane manufacture (2009) and Borusan 2×30 t crane manufacture (2012).

Cranes ProductOverhead travelling cranes are the first item in Elektro-Mak’s production programme. Manufacturing that started in Izmir in 1989 continues in a 6,000 m² Manisa OSB plant. It is TS-ISO 9001 certified. Span and lifting capacity follow the hall size.
