Safety-valve online testing (live/hot, trevitest/preventest type) and cold bench testing are used. Set-pressure adjustment, calibration and valve certification are in the same service chain. All-brand PSV and relief valves are covered. Test graphs and reports are issued as engineering output.

Pressure Safety Valve (PSV)

Safety and pilot valves (PSV, POSRV, POSV, RV) of all brands are tested, repaired, overhauled, fitted with parts, set-pressure adjusted, calibrated and certified. Online (live/hot) and offline (cold bench) tests are performed. The test centre is at Aykosan Çarşı-8 Block No:255. Certification follows API/ASME/EN.
