KTM Work Tables
Welding Tables ProductKTM work tables combine a bench and a filter. They extract welding and grinding dust and fumes with an onboard fan group and ship plug-and-play. An integrated spark separator and metal pre-filter reduce fire risk in grinding. Extraction can be from below or from the rear. The metal pre-filter is washable; the dust filter is cleaned by semi-automatic jet-pulse. Noise is ≤ 70 dB(A). Applications include metal welding/grinding and dusty sanding or brushing.

Sanding Tables ProductT-series tables capture welding emissions and dust from manual grinding with an angle grinder. Side covers open for larger workpieces. There is no filter inside the table; it must be connected to a central dust collector sized from the Vanterm range. Extraction is from the rear panel and from the lower grates. Coarse sparks fall into a dust drawer. Applications: manual sanding and grinding in metal shops, and dusty sanding or brushing.

Industrial Dust Filter / Collection UnitIPERJET DF is fitted with horizontal cartridges for welding fumes, fine and coarse dust, small particles and fumes from thermal cutting. It is for indoor use. Where local rules allow, filtered air can be returned to the room to save energy. A separator zone at the inlet drops most dust into the first tank; remaining dust is filtered into a second tank.
