Essemtec Spider High-Speed Jet Dispenser
Adhesive Dispensing Equipment ProductSpider is a compact high-speed jet dispenser. It covers solder paste, SMT adhesive, LED encapsulation, silver epoxy, dam and fill, underfill, cavity fill and 3D dispensing with laser height mapping. It runs up to two valves at once and supports five valve types (Piezo Jet, Shockwave Jet, volume, screw, time-pressure). Valve performance reaches 1,100,000 dots/h and up to 2,000,000 dots/h in line mode. Floor space is about 1 m²; the unit fits a 90 cm doorway. Symmetrical mineral-cast body reduces vibration.

Adhesive Dispensing Equipment ProductRegular 30 3K automatic colour-change and dosing examples include 4 colours (200 L lift barrel mixing), 1 variable colour (lift mixer for 20 kg cans), 1 hardener (45 L stainless), 1 reducer thinner and 1 wash thinner (45 L stainless). Another example built a 3K line with 1 colour, 1 hardener, 1 reducer and 1 wash tank. 3K dosing is used for ratio control in mastic/adhesive and plural-component coating processes.
