Cleanroom Wall Panels
SECANORM wall panels are engineered for cleanrooms where hygiene, durability and structural integration are essential. Manufactured with PVDF-coated galvanized steel sheets and an aluminum frame, they provide a smooth, joint-free surface that is easy to clean and chemically resistant. Polyurethane is the standard core, with rockwool and aluminum honeycomb options for fire, acoustic and insulation needs. Surface: 0.8 mm PVDF-coated galvanized steel; core PU 40±2 kg/m³; thickness 50 mm ±1 mm; standard size 1070×3000 mm. Fire rating B-s1,d0 (EN 13501); antibacterial silicone sealing; tool-free disassembly and reuse.

HPL Modular Wall Panels
Veykon cleanroom wall panels are made by closing both faces of a custom aluminum frame with 4 mm HPL (High Pressure Laminate) compact laminate; the cavity is filled optionally with rock wool or high-density EPS. The outer face is non-dust-holding, does not allow bacterial growth and is easy to clean. Special joining profiles and gaskets let panels be mounted and demounted independently while remaining airtight, which helps during installation and later revisions.
