The floor is sandwich panel outside, felt in the middle layer and 8 mm laminate inside. Walls are 0.7 mm trapezoidal facade sheet outside, polystyrene insulation and polyester composite sheet inside. The roof is 0.5 mm trapezoidal roof sheet outside, polystyrene insulation and polyester composite sheet inside. External door is 80x190 cm steel, internal door 70x190 cm pressed door, windows 100x100 cm white PVC. Electrical and sanitary installations are concealed. Carrier paint is industrial grey (RAL 7043), exterior orange (RAL 1032), interior plastic paint grey (RAL 7047). This plan has no bathroom or kitchen. Warranty is 2 years.
