OYTITHERM EVA hot melts offer inner strength, elasticity, thermal stability and high heat resistance for pocket-spring manufacture in mattresses and for automated packaging lines. Published features include short open time, high tensile strength and thermal stability. They are used from woodworking to packaging. Process-oriented hot melts are customized for integration into the production process. Production is at the Hersek Sanayi Sitesi plant in Altınova, Yalova.

OYTITHERM HMPSA (SBS/SIS) Pressure-Sensitive Hot Melt
OYTITHERM pressure-sensitive hotmelts based on thermoplastic elastomers combine high inner strength with elastic, flexible bond seams. They provide excellent tack on many surfaces; permanently tacky types and special Green Tack adhesives can be selected. They are suited to mattress manufacturing, self-adhesive products such as tapes and labels, and automotive cable retention. They are odorless and emission-free, with tailor-made processing parameters.

HM 2713 EVA 1st and 2nd Pulp Binding Hotmelt
ProEnd HM 2713 is enriched with EVA and a medium level of K40 additive for 1st-grade pulp and 2nd-pulp paper applications. Primary uses are A4 paper binding and straw-paper binding. HM 2571 is a thermoplastic hotmelt based on EVA and synthetic resin with a special filler. It is used on solid, ABS, PVC, MDF, SuntaLAM and melamine edge bands. Calcite filler helps prevent delamination and strengthens edge adhesion. Packing is 25 kg bags.
