Zinc in the dry film meets SSPC-Paint 20 Level 2 and ISO 12944. Used as the first coat on steel in refineries, industrial plants, bridges, dams and fresh/seawater. Pack 20+3=23 kg. Spray (3–4 bar, 1.5–2 mm tip), roller or brush. Full cure 7 days at 60 microns.

Industrial Paint ProductThe Sembol Solvent-Free Epoxy page defines a two-component, reaction-curing, solvent-free epoxy with polyamine hardener, as a hard-film paint and/or orange-peel floor coating. Used in operating theatres, textile plants, food plants, labs, garages, warehouses and where chemical/mechanical resistance is required on metal and cementitious surfaces; hygienic, dust-free, easy to clean. Paint 0.250–0.300 kg/m² per coat; coating 0.800–1.25 kg/m² at 0.5–1 mm. Pot life 30–40 minutes. Pack 17+3=20 kg kit.
