Hot-dip galvanized wire from three fully automatic lines, 30 wires per line and 8,000 tons monthly capacity. Diameter 0.80–8.00 mm; coating weight 30–300; tensile strength 400–1,000 N/mm². Product standards TS EN 10244, BS 443, DIN 1548, ASTM A 475; feedstock SAE 1006/1008/1010. Coil weight 50–1,500 kg, ID 350/450/550 mm, OD 650–1,100 mm; rose-wound packaging. For helical fence wire and similar uses.

Galvanized or PVC-coated cage wire mesh for perimeter protection. Material is hot-dip galvanized wire (1.50–4.00 mm) or PVC-coated wire (3.00–4.00 mm). Mesh 20–70 mm, height 0.50–6.00 m; shipped in 15 or 20 m rolls. Mounted on screw posts, abrasion-resistant and removable when needed. Positioned as an economical woven-wire fencing option.

Mesh wire used for area protection and security is an economical woven-wire solution. It is mounted on screw posts set 60–80 metres apart from ground level; post spacing is adjusted to the application and the mesh can be moved by removing the screws. It resists abrasion. Main types are PVC-coated and galvanized: galvanized mesh woven from steel wire with zinc and hot-dip galvanizing, and PVC-coated mesh where a PVC layer is added on the wires.

PVC-Coated Wire

PVC-coated wire, increasingly used in greenhouses and vineyards, is chosen for fencing and perimeter security with an aesthetic finish. It is made by forming a PVC layer around the wire via a special extrusion process; the steel core is hot-dip galvanized against rust. Protection from harmful sun rays is a primary aim. Produced with flexibility suitable for weaving, it keeps coating integrity in industrial, decoration, greenhouse and agricultural applications. It also serves as binding, tension, mesh or laundry wire and can be washed or wiped clean.
