Pressed sheet parts are OEM parts stamped after the die. İnan Çelik supplies sheet material at the desired quality. The 18,000 m² site houses press and assembly lines. Lots are stamped to press tonnage.

Front Seat Metal Frame

Per our Metal page, Diniz Adient manufactures automotive seat metal structures and supplies OEMs and complete-seat plants such as Renault X98 Clio IV front seat frames, Honda Elele rear cushion wireframes and Ford Otosan Eskişehir cargo seat frames. Processes include press shop, robotic MAG welding, robotic and CNC spot welding, a front cushion crimping–flaring line and paint shop. Modular designs with steel and hybrid materials aim to simplify and strengthen structures while cutting weight.
