Jet Pulse Cartridge Filter is a high-efficiency industrial dust collection and filtration system designed to effectively capture dust, fine particulate matter, and other contaminants generated during industrial processes. FLTS Filtre Sistemleri designs and manufactures each system according to the process requirements, air flow rate, dust loading, particle characteristics, temperature, and operating conditions.The filter cartridges used in the system provide a large filtration surface within a compact housing, allowing high air flow rates to be filtered efficiently. Dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridges is automatically cleaned at regular intervals using compressed air pulses (Jet Pulse). During the cleaning process, the accumulated dust falls into the lower collection hopper and is discharged from the system through a rotary valve or suitable dust discharge equipment.Jet Pulse Cartridge Filter systems can be used in centralized dust collection systems, machine extraction applications, and various industrial processes thanks to their high filtration performance, automatic filter cleaning capability, compact design, and adaptability to different process requirements.FLTS provides complete dust collection solutions by evaluating the filter housing, filter cartridges, pulse valves, compressed air system, industrial fan, rotary valve, and electrical/automation equipment as an integrated system according to the specific process requirements.Main applications: Metal processing, cement and concrete, ceramics, mining, stone processing, plastics, chemicals, food processing, woodworking and furniture, foundries, and recycling facilities.
